Listening: To pronounce, enunciate and articulate words with these sounds, listen to: Muharni Sounds, Rhyming words, Punjabi Rhymes, Poems, Stories of Punjabi culture, Simple role-playing activities, Daily classroom conversation in Punjabi and daily used words to build the vocabulary.
Speaking: Students engage in daily classroom conversations, where they practice speaking through sentences, and storytelling, using commonly used words and various speaking activities.
Reading: All Matras Kanna, Sihari, Bihari, Onkar, Dulankarh, Lanvan, Dulanvan, Horaha, Kanaurha, sounds and read words and sentences with these sounds., Bindi, Tippi and Addak sounds and read words and sentences with these sounds. practice all these vowels by reading more words and sentences., Paari Haha, Rara, Vava and learn words with them., Muharni sounds, Numbers from 1 to 30 in Gurmukhi.
Grammar: Teach and explain grammar topics while reading stories and poems (at a very simple level to understand context):
Singular–Plurals, Masculine–Feminine, Opposite–Words.
Vocabulary: Daily used words related to various topics such as: Family relation and relatives , 5 Senses, Days of week, Season, Weather, Nature, Directions.
Writing: Write Kanna, Sihari, Bihari, Onkar, Dulankarh, Lanvan, Dulanvan, Horaha, Kanaurha, Bindi, Tippi, Addak, Parri, Haha, Vava and the proper placement of these vowels and sounds, simple sentences, etc. and Grammar topics.
Projects: Do craft projects correlating to reading, writing, listening, and speaking activities.
